The production company will appoint Freeway CAM (UK) Limited (formerly the NFTC) as the collection account manager. All financiers with a recoupment position can be a party to the agreement. The recoupment schedule will be agreed by the parties and then the collection account manager is bound by that agreement to pay the parties in the order that has been agreed.
