The National Film Trustee Company invites you to apply for authorised user access to view statements on line.  Once a month the NFTC will email you to alert you to that months statements having been prepared and are now available for viewing.

Please print out these documents. Fill in the User Access Company Letter on your own headed paper, having filled in red wording with the relevant information. Send the form to Sarah Smith at the National Film Trustee Company.

  

The NFTC will check that access is allowed to these films and will confirm back to the named User by email with the User name and unique password.
